Equipped as standard with triple glazing, ENERGYLINE 91 is currently one of the most technically advanced uPVC-aluminium windows on the market and simultaneously acts as the benchmark for top insulation values. Boasting a sensational thermal insulation of 0,66 W/m²K, it has no problem in meeting the passive house standard (other models to 1,2 W/m²K). ENERGYLINE 91 results in minimal energy costs, combining maximum comfort with a cosy indoor climate, even near the window, and putting a stop to all draughts. The technological features Gaulhofer Thermostop® and Thermostop®plus use high thermal insulation glass spacers to reliably prevent condensation on the inside of the glass, making the window look dirty or obscuring the view outside.

Large areas of glazing are a popular feature with modern architecture. And this is why Gaulhofer has supplied ENERGYLINE 91 with three reinforcement variants in the shutter frame. Customers can choose between the classical steel version, which however has shortcomings in thermal terms, highly stable PowerDur glass-fibre reinforcement, or thirdly, extra foaming of the frame. Other important stability factors include circumferential reinforcement and optimum screwed connections at every fixed point. The stability package is rounded off by PowerBond. The window sash never loses its shape thanks to PowerBond, the homogeneous, extremely strong bond created between the glass and sash frame, i.e. it is 100% dimensionally stable and torsion-resistant.
