Liberty.Home is one of the promising partners of Gaulhofer with whom pioneering projects are being realised. After building Gaulhofer’s show module which Gaulhofer professional partners are able to book as a mobile showroom, the next project, called Woodstock Chalet built by Liberty.Home is already completed.

Gaulhofer’s premium building elements became part of a solid wood construction using cross-laminated timber made from domestic wood and the façade is similarly designed. This results in an optimum combination of statics, building physics and aesthetics. Even in terms of insulation, Liberty.Home has thought far ahead and procured all insulation material (which is made from regrowing raw materials) from regional partners. When it comes to building services, a pellet heating system, floor heating, air conditioning and a bus system from Austria lead to excellent sustainability ratings. Special feature: The building does without ground sealing so that the roof drains directly on the lot. Another intelligent feature: The solar panel system is combined with the car port as an additional module. In summary: All inhabitants benefit from a natural living space with great attention to hygiene and cosiness. In short: An extraordinary architectural product that simply feels great to live in!
